Andrew Marsh

Andrew brings over 25 years of in-depth capital market and asset management experience to 64 NorthWest Partners Ltd. Prior to joining 64 NorthWest, Andrew worked as an equity analyst and chief economist for WPS Advisors Ltd. and was the Chief Investment Strategist for Capital G Investment and chaired the investment committee.  Upon his move back to Bermuda in 2001, Andrew spent time working with several hedge funds including Nexus Capital (funded by George Soros) and West End Capital (funded by Berkshire Hathaway) heading up their global macro portfolios. After earning a BSc. in Economics, concentration in finance, from George Mason University, Andrew spent over a decade in London and Stockholm as a proprietary trader for top investment firms, including Goldman Sachs (J Aron), Dai-Ichi Kango and Alfred Berg. Andrew currently serves as a board member for the Bermuda Public Accountability Board in Bermuda (BPAB) and the Banks and Deposit Companies Tribunal under the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bermuda.

Michael Brace, CFA

Michael has over 20 years of experience in the investment management and banking industries. He has previously been a portfolio manager at UBS and Key Private Bank and a relationship manager at Clarien Bank and EFG Wealth Management. After earning an MBA in Finance, Michael worked in the commercial banking sector prior to moving into the investment management industry. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Michael is active on various boards including the Bermuda Community Foundation and the board of trustees for the Nature Conservancy (Central and Western NY chapter).

John Johnson, CFA

John brings a combined 30 years of portfolio management, advisory and executive management expertise to the firm. He has held positions with various organizations such as Clarien Bank, WP Stewart & Co, HSBC Private Bank, and ScotiaMcLeod, including the provision of specialized consulting services to a varied cross section of clients ranging from trust companies, insurance, and others. He has a detailed understanding of board governance, having served on the boards of asset management, broker dealer, and mutual fund companies. John also served as a council member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, a self-regulatory organization, prior to its acquisition by the MIAX. John is currently a director of Clearwater Development Limited, Atlantic Hotel Limited and Azura Management Ltd. John holds a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary and obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001.

Kimberly Gibson

Kim has over 20 years of experience in investment operations, client relationship management, strategic consulting and listing project execution. Previously she served as Chief Operating Officer of Clarien Investments Limited, a unit of Clarien Bank Limited, where she had responsibility for investment and brokerage services. Kim began her career with Merrill Lynch in Canada and later served in operations and management positions with Bermuda-based investment and securities firms. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, a Project Management Professional and a graduate of McGill University.
