Data Retention
All data is preserved in compliance with Bermuda regulatory requirements for client record retention. We delete your data as soon as it is no longer necessary, in accordance with our records retention policy.
Your Right to Access Your Data
You have the right to request access to your data and to understand its usage. To request access, please submit a written request to our Data Privacy Officer using the contact details below. In accordance with the Bermuda Personal Information Protection Act of 2016, your data will be made available for review within 45 days of your request.
